OUR POLICY
General Terms
We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all luxury packaging intact.

Pack your item securely in the original luxury box.

Our courier will arrange a pickup within 48 hours (India only).

Once inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
